Swimming pool maintenance services that prevent expensive problems
Balanced water, healthy equipment, and inspections that catch small faults before they become structural repairs.
Neglect shows up in the structure, not just the water
Unbalanced water is not only a clarity issue. Water that sits too aggressive will etch a plaster finish and attack grout and metal fittings; water that sits too scaling will foul the filter and the heater. Either way, the cost arrives later as a repair rather than as a service bill.
Our maintenance covers the chemistry, the equipment, and a routine inspection of the things that quietly fail — fittings, seals, tile joints, and water levels that indicate a developing leak.
For amenity pools, log the chemical readings rather than relying on memory. A written record turns a vague complaint about water quality into a trend you can actually act on, and it is what any incoming operator will ask for first.
- Water chemistry testing and balancing
- Filter, pump, and equipment servicing
- Preventive inspection and reporting
- Corrective works and parts replacement

What this service covers
Scheduled servicing
Regular visits on an agreed frequency, with the chemistry, filtration, and equipment checked each time.
Water chemistry
Testing and correction of chlorine, pH, alkalinity, and stabiliser levels, with readings logged for reference.
Equipment servicing
Filter cleaning and media replacement, pump and seal servicing, and controller checks.
Inspections
Routine checks on tiles, grout, coping, fittings, and water level trends that indicate a leak.
Corrective works
Repairs handled directly by our own team when an inspection finds something, without a separate contractor.
Operator handover
Guidance for in-house maintenance staff so routine work can be handled on site between visits.
Filter media has a service life. A sand filter that has not been changed in five years is passing water through channels rather than filtering it, no matter how much chemical you add downstream.
Cloudy water is rarely a chlorine problem. See the four numbers that actually run your pool water, and what a pool costs to run each month when filtration was sized properly.
Questions about pool maintenance
How often should a pool be serviced?
Residential pools generally need weekly attention to chemistry and a monthly equipment check. Commercial and amenity pools with heavy bathing loads usually need daily chemistry monitoring and more frequent servicing.
Do you maintain pools you did not build?
Yes. We start with an inspection so we know the condition of the shell and equipment before taking on a maintenance schedule.
What is covered in a maintenance visit?
Water testing and chemical correction, filter and pump checks, cleaning of the pool surfaces and skimmers, and a report on anything that needs attention.
Can you train our in-house staff?
Yes. For condominiums, hotels, and estates we can set up a routine for the on-site team and cover the technical work on a scheduled basis.
What happens if you find a fault?
You get a written recommendation with a quote. Corrective works are handled by our own team, so there is no need to bring in a separate contractor.
