Work we can point at

St. Moritz Private Estate in Bonifacio Global City is ours. Penthouse private pools, the main amenity pools, architectural water curtains, and the integrated feature work that goes with them, delivered for Megaworld Corporation.

Pools in BGC are almost always elevated and almost always sit above occupied or saleable space. The engineering conversation happens with the structural engineer and the MEPF consultant long before anyone pours concrete, and the specification has to describe performance rather than name a product a supplier happens to stock.

What Taguig and BGC ground does to a pool

BGC is planned, dense, and vertical. Every constraint follows from that.

01

Pools above saleable space

A penthouse pool sits over apartments somebody has bought. Waterproofing is not a finish item here, it is the risk the whole package turns on.

02

Feature work at height

Water curtains and architectural features need reservoirs, pumps, and plant space designed in from the start. Adding them later means finding room that no longer exists.

03

Developer documentation

Megaworld-standard projects expect shop drawings, material submittals, and progress documentation in a specific format, and reviewed on a specific cycle.

04

Programme compression

Pool packages get let late in a project, which compresses the schedule at the point where curing time matters most. Bringing the pool contractor in during design protects the handover date.

Local note

On a penthouse pool, the commissioning water test is the moment everyone finds out whether the waterproofing interface was anybody's responsibility. Write that boundary into the scope before work starts, not after the ceiling below is stained.

FAQ

Building a pool in Taguig and BGC

What have you built in BGC?

St. Moritz Private Estate, for Megaworld Corporation. The scope covered penthouse private pools, the main amenity pools, architectural water curtains, and integrated feature work.

Do you build penthouse pools?

Yes. Elevated and penthouse pools are a large part of our portfolio, including pools on podium levels, mid-floor amenity decks, twelfth-floor pool decks, and roof decks.

Can you work to a developer's documentation standard?

Yes. We issue shop drawings, material submittals, and progress documentation in the format the project management team requires, and most of our commercial work runs as a specialty package under a main contractor.

How early should we bring in the pool contractor?

During design. Two coordination items decide most later variation orders: where the equipment room sits, and how the waterproofing meets the structural slab. Both are cheap to resolve early.

Do you install architectural water features?

Yes, including sheet falls, water curtains, bubblers, and integrated spas. These need reservoir capacity and plant space designed in from the beginning rather than retrofitted.
