Swimming pool contractor in Quezon City
Higher ground than the bay cities, and a different set of problems because of it.
Older pools, newer towers
Quezon City is the largest city in Metro Manila and the least uniform. It runs from established subdivisions with pools built decades ago to recent high-rise developments with amenity decks, and the work splits roughly along that line.
The ground sits higher here than in Las Piñas or Parañaque, so the hydrostatic pressure that dominates coastal builds is less often the deciding factor. What replaces it is age: a large share of what we are asked to look at in QC is a pool that has been in service for twenty or thirty years and is now failing at the waterline, the plumbing, or both.
- Residential pools on subdivision lots
- Condominium amenity decks
- Renovation of pools built decades ago
- Filtration and equipment replacement

What Quezon City ground does to a pool
Quezon City sits on higher, more varied ground than the coastal cities.
Higher and more variable ground
Elevation varies considerably across the city, so conditions on one site tell you little about the next. The soil report still drives the reinforcement schedule.
Ageing pool stock
Waterproofing systems installed in the 1990s are past their service life. Most renovation enquiries here start as a leak and end as a waterproofing and substrate job.
Original equipment long obsolete
Filtration installed with the pool often cannot be repaired into adequacy. Where a system was undersized at design, replacing parts does not change the flow it delivers.
Long distances within one city
QC is large. Scheduling site visits and deliveries realistically matters more here than in the compact cities to the south.
If your QC pool is more than twenty years old and losing water, have the plumbing pressure-tested before anyone quotes you a re-tile. Buried lines of that age fail more often than the shell does, and they are far cheaper to reach.
Building a pool in Quezon City
Do you work across all of Quezon City?
Yes. It is a large city, so we schedule site visits realistically rather than promising same-day attendance everywhere, but the whole city is within our service area.
My pool is thirty years old. Repair or rebuild?
It depends on the shell. If it holds its shape and the reinforcement is sound, renovation costs a fraction of a rebuild. We assess and pressure-test before advising, and we will tell you when repairs stop making sense.
Is groundwater a problem in Quezon City?
Less than in the coastal cities, though it varies with elevation. We still ask before anyone drains a pool, because an empty shell over high ground water can crack from below.
Can you replace the filtration on an old pool?
Yes. We size the replacement against your actual pool volume and bathing load rather than matching what was there, since a system that was undersized originally will stay undersized no matter what parts go in.
Do you build amenity pools for QC condominiums?
Yes. Podium and amenity deck pools run as a specialty package under the main contractor, with shop drawings and submittals in the format the project team requires.
