Pool systems and MEPF integration, sized properly
Filtration, circulation, heating, and automation specified against real bathing loads — then installed, pressure-tested, and commissioned.
A pool is only as good as the equipment room behind it
Undersized pumps and filters are the most common false economy in pool building. The pool looks fine on handover, then the water goes cloudy every weekend when the amenity deck is actually busy, and the operator spends the next decade compensating with chemicals.
We size equipment against the pool volume and the expected bathing load, lay out the equipment room so it can be serviced without dismantling half of it, and coordinate the pipe routing with the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services.
Ask any prospective contractor for the turnover rate their design achieves and the head loss calculation behind the pump selection. If those numbers are not available, the equipment was chosen from a price list rather than from the pool.
- Advanced filtration and circulation systems
- Sanitary and plumbing MEPF coordination
- Pool automation and electrical control
- Salt-water conversion and thermal heating

What this service covers
Filtration and circulation
Sand, cartridge, or media filtration sized to the pool volume, with pumps selected against calculated head loss.
Plumbing and sanitary MEPF
Suction, return, and overflow lines routed and pressure-tested before anything is covered over.
Automation and controls
Timers, controllers, and dosing systems that keep water balanced without a full-time operator on site.
Salt-water conversion
Chlorinator systems for existing pools, with the material checks needed before converting an older shell.
Thermal heating
Heat pumps and heating systems for spas, jacuzzis, and year-round hotel pools.
Equipment room design
Layouts that leave real service access around every pump, filter, and valve.
The cheapest time to fix a plumbing run is before the deck is poured. Every line we install is pressure-tested and signed off before backfilling, because the alternative is breaking concrete to find a leak later.
If your system struggles on busy days, read why an undersized pool filter cannot be repaired into adequacy. For amenity pools, the daily logs and chlorine range operators must hold are set out separately.
Questions about pool system installation
Can you install a system on an existing pool?
Yes. We assess the current lines and equipment room, confirm what can be reused, and quote the replacement or upgrade against your actual pool volume and usage.
What is involved in a salt-water conversion?
We check the shell finish, fittings, and surrounding metalwork for salt compatibility, then install the chlorinator, adjust the circulation, and commission the system with the correct salt level.
Do you coordinate with our MEPF consultant?
Routinely. On developer projects we work from the consultant’s drawings and issue our own shop drawings for the pool package so the tie-in points are agreed before installation.
Can the system be automated?
Yes. Automated dosing, filtration scheduling, and water-level control are all available, which is worth specifying on amenity pools where no dedicated operator is on site.
Do you supply the equipment, or do we?
Either. We can supply and install as one package, or install owner-supplied equipment provided the specification is suitable for the pool.
